Dr. Diana Swanson attended the University of California at Berkeley for her undergraduate studies in molecular and cell biology with emphasis in biochemistry.

She later received a scholarship to attend the prestigious Harvard School of Dental Medicine and was conferred the degree of Doctor of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Swanson practiced general dentistry for several years in Southern California prior to attending an extended two year graduate residency program in Endodontics from Loma Linda University.
